Double Dragons
Double Dragons Overview
Double Dragons in the UK: become rich with a fantasy slot from Yggdrasil
Double Dragons in the UK is a fantasy-themed slot from Yggdrasil released in 2016. Gamblers who like stories about dragons and other fairytale creatures will definitely appreciate this game. It is available in many online casinos and you can easily try it for free.
Fight dangerous dragons to get their treasures!
In the Double Dragons in the UK slot, you will have to face two mighty dragons. The playing field is divided into two parts. One of them belongs to the Ice dragon and the other — to the Fire dragon. Release them from their cages in order to get to the treasures!
Choose your dragon
The gameplay varies depending on the type of dragon you choose. In fact, both dragons are wild symbols that grant the player unique special features. Both of them can replace any other symbol on the playing field.
The fire dragon can transform a bunch of regular symbols into the wilds, vastly increasing your chances to get a winning combination. On the other hand, the ice dragon doubles the total prize, which can also be very lucrative.
Double Dragons REVIEWS BY PLAYERS
The only bonus that I actually triggered at the end of my session was the Police 7 Hi/Lo. I got 3 Police 7 Symbols on the first, second and the third reel. Then I played a mini game where I had to guess whether the next number is higher or lower. I was not very lucky though, and I did not even expect to win a lot from this game either, since the bonus was over with my third guess.Bobby 7s is a really nice slot and it is worth playing but do not expect a lot from the base game.
I am against the payout of 2 cents for 3 minor symbols (when the total bet is 50 cents ). It seems like all successful slots launched recently by Yggdrasilhave the same glitch. A second observation is the only circumstantial against: this slot advertises a maximum win of 1 million! I wonder how many people need to play and lose in a casino for this single win to be really attributed?
I don’t like the fact you have to pay for each spin, and that even unlocking the extra features can lead to disappointing wins. No potential during base game without features.
Besides that here you are told that you won 50 coins and actually find out that you were paid only 10 cents (for the bet of 20 cents) and initial you are upset, there are no other negative aspects. The maximum lost I had was less than 3 Euro (even with all these small wins) and I won enough extra. Oh, and you cannot just say from the beginning that slot has 243 ways to win and to find this you need to look through the rules (at the start you are wondering what are the paylines you were just paid).
Where is the double feature!! I would love to see that put in all the Netent games!!
Unfortunately the game has become dated and lacks in everything that Double Dragons II supplies. This game may just suit you if you're interested in taking a trip up memory lane but if your looking for any sort of major winnings or some pulse racing action then I could not recommend this game. After considering everything about this game and having spent some time recently playing lower payline games I would give Double Dragons an overall rating of five out of ten and I would possibly have to rate it lower if judging it by today's standards and whats available now.
The only thing which bothered me was that bonus and free spins symbols are almost the same and on both it is name scatter. I got confused, because when I receiving them I did not know what will be next.. bonus of free spins. So I think that for bonus game could be bonus symbol not scatter. That is all. It is a nice themed game.
I did not like that during normal game there is no multiplier for few wins in a row. This game is really miss this feature, because payouts in game very low.And another thumbs down - low payouts, I did not like it.
Nothing, this is awesome slot game!
The lines are really quite different to other games I play a lot as well, though I suspect this is, again, just a Barcrest thing. Payouts during the base game are quite poor, apart from when you get a whole lot of the “Double Dragons ” logo symbol onscreen, though frustratingly these are not wilds, which has had my fuming at times when I’ve had full stacks of them on four reels and nothing connecting on the other one!!It’s quite a fun game, but I don’t think I’ll ever get rich playing it on-line – it's simply too low variance for my tastes I think, whereas out in the bookmakers at 50p a spin I’m really quite happy to walk away with £100 on a good day, on-line I guess I have just been spoiled by games capable of paying out 1000 xs of times your stake!
Sometimes the last 4 reels couple together and there is no win. But nevertheless this slot is very good.
I rarely find Free spins values at 14 at 3x, I always receive 10 - 12 at 2x. That dreaded 2x must be infamous to appear almost every trigger! Something else you should know to hate the trigger system.....the Compasses that land for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th feature, they will play you against the trigger for the free spins. I never found the highest paying symbol of a lady in a red top for 4 or 5 symbols.....she's just that hard to find that I had to try landing the wild Bomber Girl's logo in order to chain a 3 combination win together! The last thing I should point out is the Hi-Low bonus. I liked it a lot but I noticed when there is for example a King face down as the first card, the obvious solution doesn't work! At times my guess to choose Low pushes me away from the bonus when an Ace is the card that revealed itself! My bonus ended with no advances. It was the worst bonus experience I witnessed but hopefully it will be the last!
Buzz Goodwin took my wife and kids, but I still respect him.
What would you say if you had to wait 460 spins just to get the first Bonus game? And what would you say if that Bonus game paid only 10x the total bet amount, after eating about 80% of your starting credits? Sounds impossible? That was what exactly happened to my first game on Double Dragons . I was blardy infuriated with such a damn low payout after losing most of my starting balance, only to get 10x my bet back. What the argh! That's not all. After playing a total of more than 600 spins, there wasn't any single payout that exceeded 25x the total bet amount, and that was blardy ridiculous! Double Dragons is the first Christmas-themed game that I now hate! I thought the game 'A Christmas Carol' was very bad, but Double Dragons takes the cake!
