Honestly I have nothing bad to say about this slot!
I must admit that the game could be a bit of a tease. Most of the spins you get two bonus symbols and the third one does not come out. I don't know about others but it stresses me out. Over all an epic game and my rating would be 8 out of 10.
I do not know on better terms how to describe the tune inside free spins. Panicking, chaos? Reel 3 gave me the most trash talking!!! I had line 1 filled with ambulance symbols but the centre 3rd reel had something else for me and again with 4 top paying nurses! This reel did not want me to get paid $75 for all 5 nurses!!! To some people this slot can already be boring after a few minutes. No bonuses for one reason so I'm going back to Sneak a Peek because those nurses know how to entertain me! :D
The base game is good, the pay outs were decent while I was playing but I had many dead, empty spins. I was a little bit surprised sometimes, because till now I never had so many empty spins on 15 pay line video slot.
