Imperial Dragon

Well, honestly speaking, the novelty of the game kept me interested for a while, until I realised how difficult it was to get any wins to go wild. Every win was merely 'hmm', 'hmm' and 'hmm'. Hardly any oooh, or aaah, or hehehe. Bet you don't know where those came from, hah? Just like that game, this Imperial Dragon game is the same too. It's saying Aloha! Hahaha.

I love Loaded and this game is basically just a clone of that title, but as I was having a little play right now just to remind myself if there were any differences between the two games, I spotted one thing which always really bugs me a hell of a lot… the presentation of the the paytables and maximum wins in Blueprint Gaming slot games!See, fire up this game and load up the paytable and your told that the maximum win is 560,000 coins. In order to win this though, you will of course need to be playing the full 20 coins on all 25 lines, or £5 per spin. In my estimation then that makes the maximum possible win in this game 1120x your stake and not 800x as is shown on the Ask Gamblers page for loaded and this game, though perhaps I have made a mistake somewhere. If your not playing this maximum bet amount – which les face it, a vast majority of players probably will not be – then its up to you to do the mental arithmetic on the paytable and work out how much you should be receiving for the various combinations and so forth. They have since fixed this with the newer 243 ways game like Thunderstruck2 updating in real time as you change your bet amount, which is a huge step forward, but I really do find it frustrating with these older games.

I can't say there is anything in particular I dislike about this slot. I, going to rate it a six out of ten but that is only because I am comparing it to other nine slots by Blueprint Gaming. What I would like to see with this slot is the free spins coming in a bit more - but doesn't everyone wish that!

Just TOO BORING base game due to low payouts, I did not like such things.

My big problem is the low number of paylines doesn't help with the huge dead spin count this game chucks out - a lot of Yggdrasil games seem this way, big wins, but you sure as hell feel as if your paying for them during the spins in between. It really is a bit extreme with the Imperial Dragon though and I found myself playing for minutes at a time between wins - this really is as high variance as on-line gaming gets. I never thought I'd say this but I wonder if its a little too much!
