The game does not pay very well during the base game and also the bonus rounds are very weak as well. The only good thing is that you can trigger this bonus round very often so you can at least increase your balance a bit and not lose all your money at once. I always choose this game when I am desperate to increase my balance. I found the game to be very entertaining. It looks very childish, the background and the symbols too, but the bonus round was kind of always different so it was very interesting for me and not boring for a change.
To be frank, I've played other slots of IGT also built-MultiwayXtra feature and I consider them great, as it is the case of Miss Red, but with Jade Charms I am somewhat disappointed because apparently 720 ways to win are not sufficient to feed the hope of winning one day in this slot, of course Miss Red is a superior video slot since it has additionally the End2End feature. Jade Charms has 2 special features that are 2x Wild Symbol and Free Spins Bonus.- 2x Wild Symbol: is wild and substitute for standard characters and further multiplies the payout x 2, often appears stacked and is my favorite feature in this slot by the great potential to generate juicy profits.- Free Spins Bonus: this feature is triggered when they appear scatters with head of golden panther across 5 reels, in which case 8 free spins are awarded to the player, and you can collect up to 96 initial spins if more scatters appear on reels. Earnings during this free round are equivalent to 1x, ie, the same as in the base game. Okay, for all the lousy things that this game has to offer, the only good thing is the Wild Respins in the base game. Each new appearing Wild symbol gets another Respin, with the Multiplier Counter increasing one step up at a time, from 2x up to 11x, and that's all you can get. As for the Free Spins game, this is probably the worse of its kind! Nothing much to aim for, except for a retrigger from the appearing Army General Scatter symbol, which you don't get to see often either. Add all these to the extremely low paytable, and you get a game that is best avoided! Sorry to say.
The game can provide you with seriously small wins in the feature. On the smallest bet the feature paid me only a euro or two on few occasions. The graphics really bother me too and I get sick of this game very fast. The pay for five wilds is also very small and you end up being disappointed.Over all a weird game, just like the TV show I’m sure, with some potential. My rating 6 out of 10.

What I disliked was the fact that the Wilds are very rare. And although 5 turkeys bring up to 40 Euro, I won just once 10 Euro. But I got myself even with the money so I am satisfied.
Anyhow, I have made my decision, and that is to never play this game again and I leave it up to you whether you want to try it or not.
I just don't like the fact that almost every spin I made, it either gives me a spin that makes one combination or that it makes unreasonable pays (ie. $0.10 or less). But the biggest problem is trying to hit the 10 bonus spins. The background before my normal spin shows my potential for the bonus as it has the word Bonus in a vertical way, now the trick is for me to win enough times that it'll reveal all 5 letters!! It'll take my sanity and my time for this but I'm glad I hit the 10 bonus spins quickly as possible before my insanity settled in, thanks to luck!
I cannot say that this is a bad slot but I am definitely not going back. I had my share with this game and that was it. The design is very simple and the sound effects are really boring. This slot was released in 2014 but it looks so old. There is a free spins feature where you get 10, 15 or 20 free spins respectively but I did not manage to trigger it and I have spent so much time on this game. This is definitely the worst slot I have played in a long time.
Playing Jade Charms for the very first time, proved everything that I had said about the game. The paytable values couldn’t provide any decent good wins, only mediocre ones, the Free Spins games ended with very poor payouts, and only those in the base game paid slightly better, with payouts of up to 45x the total bet amount. Even so, this 45x bet win was achieved by getting 4 full reels of the Brown Dragon symbols in the base game. All 5 full reels of the Brown Dragon (15-of-a-kind) would have paid only 50x the total bet amount! That is totally ridiculously low! Worse still, the one and only Free Spins game that I could get, paid out an unbelievable 5x my total bet amount! What the argh! No additional 3 more free spins, no big wins, no nothing…just a lot of pain in my ‘S’! A disappointing Jade Charms game.
Without being too repetitive, the Wild symbol doesn't do anything more other than to substitute for all symbols, there's a lack of huge win possibilities in the game, and the low paytable makes everything else no better. Jade Charms could certainly be a big hit with a better paytable, but that's just how some things are. Some made it, some didn't. For me, Jade Charms fell short of it!
Okay, I do admit that some other low-paying games could indeed play quite well, despite giving low payouts most of the time, but my plays on Jade Charms have not been of any good so far. My best win to date is only a miserable 52x my bet amount, and that is absolutely disappointing to me! Picking those items to win cash prizes isn't my cup of coffee either, so there isn't anything else in the game to make me like it more. Nothing like watching CSI shows for me!

In order to win this though, you will of course need to be playing the full 20 coins on all 25 lines, or £5 per spin. In my estimation then that makes the maximum possible win in this game 1120x your stake and not 800x as is shown on the Ask Gamblers page for loaded and this game, though perhaps I have made a mistake somewhere. If your not playing this maximum bet amount – which les face it, a vast majority of players probably will not be – then its up to you to do the mental arithmetic on the paytable and work out how much you should be receiving for the various combinations and so forth. They have since fixed this with the newer 243 ways game like Thunderstruck2 updating in real time as you change your bet amount, which is a huge step forward, but I really do find it frustrating with these older games.

When I make a good comparison from Jade Charms to Mega Moolah sure....there are 15 Free spins at 3x but in Mega Moolah, the progressive animal slot, there are lions giving out 2x wilds! That's something Jade Charms has been missing. It's just so hard to get back on slots that have been in the past that I can't even accept playing on this downgraded slot, in my opinion, anymore.....unless Red Tiger Gamingset up Jade Charms 2 with better graphics, higher payouts, included multipliers and perhaps a bonus to leave the player more entertained! As for the music in free spins, I was not very thrilled about it as it sounded like music to put someone to sleep. It's too light and I wasn't very excited about how they created it (sorry Red Tiger Gaming). If they made something like the music in Lucky Stars....so epic and creative.....then my expressed opinion would change!

What a big disappointment Jade Charms turned out to be for me, with such blardy low payouts, with such a very low paytable, and with uninteresting feature games. Had a few retriggers came during the free spins, then it may have made the game much better, extending the play time, extending the payouts ratio, increasing the excitement levels in the game. But like I've said so many times before, retriggers are only for daydreamers or lucky ones, where Red Tiger Gaming games are concerned. For me, they have hardly ever come!
Even though you get a lot of free spins they don't always pay good. In fact most of the good wins in free spins I get for getting more scatters. Line hits are rare and usually stay under €10. The wilds are also very difficult to get and are almost impossible to catch together on an active payline. It would have been better if the game had more wilds or even stacked wilds.The other thing that would have been perfect for this game is the stop button. Why is it that on good game you never get the stop button. Over all the game is fun and the feature is easy to get. Winning big is not that easy and for that reason my rating is 6 out of 10.
