Unfortunately there are a few bad things about Sneak A Peek - Doctor Doctor that I don't like. The Smooches are pretty tough to land on an active payline, they sometimes appear for example on a straight line in the centre but have the last smooch land above or under the middle position to leave the player or myself bonus-less. Another thing to avoid in Sneak a Peek is that of the choice you make once 3 Smooches are activated. Be careful not to get 3 Free spins at 1x because that it one of my worst choices. I never won anything from them after!
Maybe luck was not on my side when I played this game, but I truly believe that this is a game for gamblers that have high bankrolls. You have the option to adjust the lines, let`s say to reduce them on 50 instead of 100 and play the game slowly, but I believe that even if you do that it will swallow your money in no time.

During base play the game provides small to medium wins. I don’t think I have ever seen a big win on the screen so far. The free spins are incredibly hard to trigger and unless you get a 5 or 6 x multiplier you are looking at a 20 x bet win.
